Realme, the sub-brand of Oppo has finally started unlocking the bootloaders of its Realme 2 Pro device starting today. Realme Mobiles added a tweet on their twitter account stating the news. This news comes after users flooded the official Twitter handles of Realme Mobiles and Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme Mobiles with the bootloader unlock requests.

Realme has also uploaded the source code on it’s GitHub account repository. The source codes aren’t complete at the moment as they only include device drivers, but you can expect the full sources in weeks to come. It’s great news for people who want to have their bootloader unlocked and tried on different mods. The unlocking instructions are now available on the Realme Forums.
